With the success of our virtual event over the last two years, we will again offer both in-person and virtual ticket options. However, there is a new virtual ticket option this year! The Virtual Plus ticket!

In-person seating will be assigned based on the order tickets are sold. We're back at the Hilton, now the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek! Discounted guest room rates are available. Group booking link provided upon ticket purchase in the confirmation email.

We still suggest both US and overseas residents review and understand the current travel requirements in place (i.e., quarantine, testing or vaccination requirements, etc.) that may affect your travel experience and/or duration, and take them into careful consideration before purchasing your ticket. Please make sure to review any advisories or restrictions that may be in place for travel to Florida by clicking here, as well as any local restrictions affecting your return. 

We urge those who are unsure of their ability and/or comfort level with current travel restrictions in place to purchase a virtual ticket. If these restrictions are lifted, and we can increase our seating capacity, we will certainly try to make additional tickets available for our in-person event, and our virtual ticket holders will get the first opportunity to upgrade and purchase any open seats.

We appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Please note that if we have to make adjustments to reduce the number of in-person seats sold or travel restrictions tighten, preventing those from certain locations from attending that were previously able, we will communicate your options immediately.

Please note: Changes to tickets requiring a credit back to the original credit card must be made within 90 days from the date of purchase or 30 days from the event, whichever comes first. The deadline to cancel for a full refund is 30 days before the event.
